Description:
So I saw mentioned somewhere a pair of parks in Clementon that I hadn’t checked out before – Silver Lake Park and Rowand Lake Wildlife Management Area. So I left for Scouts a bit early one night and stopped by each of them to check them out.
The first was Silver Lake. From the map, the park looked a decent size, but the trail could hardly have been shorter – 0.15 miles. Walking back doubled that. It’s okay though, sometimes I hike them so that you don’t have to.
However, the view was pretty, and this is supposed to be a nice spot to fish. So while I wouldn’t recommend hiking it, The Pres and I will be back here to fish at some point.

Nearby: Rowands Pond WMA is right around the corner, and was our next stop…

Be careful on the Bridge. Two areas where planks were weak and broken. Could cause injury if not aware.
Bridge has been repaired.
